Door to door delivery (via Courier Guy)
PostNet to PostNet

Monday – Friday 08:00 till 17:00

(Not on weekends)

How long will it take?

Once order is placed and payment is received we start immediately, Orders can take up to 3-20 days depends on stock on handmade or personalized Orders.

• For some areas take approximately 2 – 3 working days, after payment is received and Orders are done and sent out.

You will be notified when your order has been dispatched along with the courier company info and the tracking number of your parcel

Delivery times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch. Kidaddle (pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier companies.

Important Information

• Orders require a signature upon receipt so please ensure that someone will be there to sign for the package.
• We need a telephone number for all orders and cannot ship without.
• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
